The admissions decision for campuses within the UW-System is more that just looking at your academic career - they want to hear about your non-academic background as well.  This information gives the campus a complete picture of you so that they can make an informed admissions decision.  

This next section of the application is where you provide this non-academic background.  Depending on your application type you'll be asked about  :

• Extracurricular activities
• Employment history
• An essay/statement
